Farm N Fresh built the application as a free app. This is an E-commerce app and the service includes buying and selling.This page is used to inform website and app visitors regarding Farm N Fresh policies with the collection,use and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use Farm N Fresh service.

Farm N Fresh may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.  Farm N Fresh will not notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy but you can visit the policy page for the checking the changes on this page. All the privacy policy changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.

Refund policy

Refund applicable for the below cases

• Transaction failed
• Unsuccessful purchase after the payment
• For cancelling the product - Customers are requested to check the return policy and refund applicable cases before initiate the cancellation request
• For damaged/ defective products, the seller will issue the refund. Farm N Fresh will not be responsible if the product cannot be repaired or replaced

Refund modes

• Refund can be processed to the customer payment account
• No cash refunds
• Please allow 10 working days for us to credit the refund amount to customer payment account
• Maximum refund request period is 3 working days from the product received date

Product Return policy:

Return products, Customer need to ship back to Farm N Fresh registered address with the original condition with price tags. We will not accept the products for the return which are used or damaged by the customer

Items eligible for return are:

Damaged product

Any product parts  or accessories mentioned in the product description are missing

Received different product

• Customers cannot cancel the order once it purchased, Becasue after the customer booking Farm N Fresh release the payment to the seller team and dispatch the product 
• If customer requests to cancel the order after shipping, courier charges will be collected from the customer and remaining amount will be refund to the customer account
• If the customer will not receive the product within the delivery date, customer can cancel the order and Farm N Fresh initiate 100% refund to the customer
• Customer should not accept any broken package at the delivery time. Customer should check the package within one hour of delivery time and report to Farm N Fresh, if there is any damages found. Farm N Fresh will not be responsible for any returns or refunds after this timeline
• Farm N Fresh will not be providing any assurance on product replacements
